Don’t forget to schedule a few follow ups after booking your Initial Evaluation! Most patients are initially seen 1x per week for 4 weeks, so we strongly encourage you to schedule three follow up visits at one week intervals to ensure you are able to get follow up time slots that work for your schedule. If these are determined to not be needed, they can always be cancelled after your initial evaluation.

*Please note, the balance of all prepaid visits that are canceled within the cancellation window, will automatically roll over as an account balance that may be used toward any future visit or product purchase. This balance will be available for use for up to 3 years from the time of purchase, after which it will no longer be available. *
